Terms of Purchase

The customer takes full responsibility for choosing the products and quantities of the order online.

The customer also confirms they accept the following:

1) Each piece is handmade using softwood, sanded by hand and stained in a medium English light oak. The wood stain shade may also differ slightly on your wood products compared to the images shown.

2) All measurements are approximate, and some may differ depending on the sanding requirements.  All wood products are sourced locally and are all PEFC certified.

3) As each piece is handmade, it will not always be perfect. Imperfections such as splits, holes, grain pattern, etc. are very much part of the wood and add to the character and the charm of our bespoke creations. 

4) We have ensured that knots in the wood are preserved as we love the way they give extra character to the handmade wooden pieces. 

5) We cannot guarantee deliveries as this can be dependent upon availability of materials used (as each item is handmade) and also any unexpected postal delays. 

Cancellations/Returns

Customers wishing to cancel an order prior to delivery of goods can do so either by email or by telephone.

With Proof of purchase, faulty products will be replaced at no cost however return of item delivery cost is made by the customer (non-refundable by 'The Crafty Wagtails'). 

After delivery of non-faulty products, customers can choose to return goods (only within 14 days of purchase date). 

Terms of Delivery

'The Crafty Wagtails' will deliver to the United Kingdom, subject to a standard charge of £3.95 which includes delivery by Royal Mail. 

Deliveries to ouside the UK (EU or USA/Canada) will incur a separate expense which can be discussed on a case by case basis.

Deliveries are aimed to arrive within 7 days of the order date.
